The following are to be punished according to the provision of can. 1336 §§ 2-4: 1° those who hinder the freedom of the ministry or the exercise of ecclesiastical power, or the lawful use of sacred things or ecclesiastical goods, or who intimidate one who has exercised ecclesiastical power or ministry; 2° those who hinder the freedom of an election or intimidate an elector or one who is elected.
