³² Meanwhile, as a pledge of Our paternal affection, we bestow upon you, Venerable Brethren, upon your clergy and also upon all the Catholics of France, the apostolic blessing. Given at Rome, the 16th day of February, 1892, in the fourteenth year of Our Pontificate.
