²⁰ As a pledge meanwhile of the help which We ask, and in token of Our most special affection, receive the Apostolic Benediction, which from the depth of Our heart We grant to you, Venerable Brethren, to your Clergy, and to the Italian people. Given in Rome, at St. Peter's, on the 15th of October, 1890, the thirteenth year of Our Pontificate.
