27 And that he has chosen heathen is rightly to be condemned; for he has disregarded the Apostle's command, where he says: “Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust and not before the saints? Do you not know the saints shall judge the world?” And below he says: “Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you, who can judge between heathen? But brother goes to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.” You see, then, that what he has introduced is against the Apostle's authority. Do you decide, then, whether we are to follow Auxentius or Paul as our master.
